Shift work is a major cause of sleep disorders

Never leave your sleep, because granted in today's world there is a huge population that has to do to withstand the rigors of teamwork. Doctors, nurses, firefighters, pilots, police officers, grocers Store and seller for the local service station for 24 hours among the millions who work long and hard hours late.

Unfortunately, these people are more prone to sleep disorders and many more health problems because of the demands of theirAnnex. The main reason is because they work at night makes the body clock off balance.

The human body is bound to remain awake during the day and sleep at night. There are chemical reactions, which in turn support in this process. For example, during hours of darkness automatically produces the brain chemical melatonin sleep.
